Short description: The establishment of NRK's new head office will create the best possible framework for developing NRK. The new head office will be realized in interaction with the surroundings. This is how a good and attractive urban environment is achieved for both the neighborhood, visitors and staff. NRK's ambition is to take environmental considerations in all decisions, and will drive smarter and greener, in order to reduce negative impacts on climate and the environment. The establishment of a new head office at Normannsløkka is in a broad sense about the sustainable development of NRK. NRK has purchased three plots for the establishment of a new head office, located in Ensjøveien 3, 5 and 7. Today there is a building on each site to be demolished and the plots are cleared after the demolition process. NRK is now in the process of establishing competition for the contractor for the actual demolition contract of the three buildings. The demolition contract must be implemented as a total contract. The assignment will largely apply to demolition, but also disassembly for reuse. In this RFI (Request for Information ") we ask for information from possible suppliers in the market.
