Description:
A new eight department nursery shall be constructed, with an accompanying outdoor area in Ski.The nursery shall be dimensioned for 144 nursery places, 96 places for large children and 48 places for toddlers in addition to 41 employees. The project also includes 3 listed buildings, which are a part of the outdoor area that shall be able (renovated/new building) for use in the nursery. The project shall be planned in accordance with BREEAM-NOR standart with a "life expectancy" of 60 years before the need for full renovation. The objective of BREEAM-NOR Very Good certification in this project is to achieve high standards for sustainability and environmental performance. Our intention is to build a healthy, environmentally friendly and resource conscious building that contributes to a sustainable future for the children in the municipality. The site set aside for the new nursery is detailed regulated. The builder will be able to work with the framework application up until contracting and it is a prerequisite that the framework permission is available before the start-up.
