Short description: The purpose of the procurement is to enter into an agreement on system maintenance and development of agency's professional system, WebDeb. WebDeb is a web-based system for registration and follow-up of Regs subscribers and renovation services. The agreement is necessary for regulations to offer a good service offering to Oslo Municipal residents, secure subscriber data, providing good customer service and maintaining a cost-effective waste collection in the municipality.Fagsystemet Webdeb has played an important role in reg for almost 20 years, but is in several areas Outdated. Reg has a need for a more modern solution with a forward-looking architecture where both interfaces and database must be modernized. In addition, the solution should be developed so that it is flexible and can easily meet the client's need for extensions with new modules and integrations against others' systems.
