Description:
In Øygarden there are 17 bridges and 37 quays that the municipality is responsible for. Framework agreement for debt maintenance services for bridges and quays in Øygarden municipality, as well as major renovation work if necessary. The assignment comprises routine operational as well as maintenance of quays and bridges. The assignment also includes inspections and registration, planning of works, stand-by and printing due to operational difficulties or unexpected events on the quays and bridges, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public and handling of other contractors that are necessary for operation and maintenance of the quays and bridges. Actual assignments can be: (the list is not exhaustive): Demolition and removal of steel railings and concrete railings on the existing bridges. Assembly of bridge railings, transitional railings and shock cushion with finals. Register/improve the existing structures with bridge railing work in connection with the expansion of the bridges for railing room. Necessary measures in the road (excavation, masonry, filling, asphalting) in the connection to the bridge work. High pressure washing / sand blowing concrete surfaces. Mechanical repairs of concrete Surface treatment of steel. Replacement of wood, as a part of the supporting construction.
