  • Mapping and socio -economic analysis of possible requirements for climate adaptation in the Building Technical Regulations
The Ministry wants to acquire an investigation into how climate change can be taken into account in the requirements for safety against floods and landslides in building technical regulations (TEK17). The Ministry needs a report containing both a survey of relevant measures and a socio -economic analysis of these. The purpose of the assignment is to establish a knowledge base that can support the Ministry's further work on any changes in the regulations. The problem to be highlighted is how a form of climate adjustment can be incorporated into the risk acceptance criteria (safety classes) in TEK17, so that they reflect future changes in risk and facilitate socio -economic efficiency. The final deadline for the agreement is December 12, 2025. The estimated value for the acquisition is NOK 750,000 excl. VAT. For a more detailed description of the delivery, see Appendix 1 to the Agreement.
