- Mapping of community in the rental market
The purpose of the assignment is to identify the conditions in community in the Norwegian rental market, as a basis for assessing whether community should be adjusted separately in the Rent Act, and what will then be likely effects. The assignment will map the extent of community in the rental market, relevant characteristics and organization. In addition, the assignment will clarify and discuss the benefits of community and identify what problems arise during the end and at the end of a lease. The assignment shall also discuss and prove the effects of any special regulations of community in the Rent Act. The final deadline for the report is 14.11.2025. The estimated value for the acquisition is from NOK 300,000 excl. VAT. to NOK 375,000 excl. VAT. The estimate is not binding on the client.
