Mapping of lack of labor in the municipalities
KDD wants a survey of the overall labor requirement in the municipalities, now and forward, and that It is broken down to the municipal level to explain the status of different parts of the country and different types of municipalities. KDD wants this to be seen in context With the population projections to explain how the need for labor seems to develop. The assignment will focus on the municipalities, not the county municipalities. The report will explain the need for labor in the municipalities by virtue of the municipalities' role as an organization to provide services, Develop and manage the municipalities. The report is thus limited to labor needs in the municipalities as a geographical area. Descriptions/analyzes are also desirable of how challenges with population development and lack of labor in the municipalities affect the municipal organization and the municipality's ability To solve the different roles of the municipalities. KDD wants the supplier to illustrate this in an appropriate manner. The final delivery deadline is December 15, 2025. The cost framework for the assignment is NOK 1,000,000 excl.
