Description:
Østfold County (ØFK) invites tenderers to a market survey as we are considering procuring mobile units for the treatment and processing of organic residue and side currents. The system shall be able to be rented out to actors for short and long periods. The unit must therefore be registered as a vehicle/trailer in Norway. ØFK is the project participants in the EU-financed project TREASourCE, where the partners from seven nations shall examine how we can, in the best possible manner, facilitate for transition to a more circular society. One of the assignments is to look at mobile solutions for the treatment of organic side and residue currents to take care of nutrients and/or energy. Actual organic side and residual currents can, for example, be food waste from events and large households, parks and garden waste or straw. We would like to use this survey for replies to: 1. What are the mobile units for processing and refining organic side and residue currents on the market? Including a brief description of: A. The actual solution and which products it produces. How the device works including i.a. capacity, circulation speed, energy need and technique. It shall also describe any emissions to the air or water of greenhouse gases and nutrients (such as e.g. N and P). B. The system ́s residue products, including use/disposal. c. The system ́s lifetime. d. Estimate of lifetime cost (procurement, operation and maintenance), as well as cost/benefit assessment of cost, climate effec...
