Description:
In 2026 the Norwegian Environment Agency continues a project that shall create all-covering nature maps based on Nature in Norway system (NiN). In this connection, an assignment is planned for field mapping for the collection of reference data for the nature chart. The assignment will be announced during winter/spring 2026. We are already sharing this information to prepare potential suppliers for the pending procurement. The assignment is for mapping low country nature in accordance with a description of the assignment from the Norwegian Environment Agency, as well as the Arts Data Bank ́s guidelines for the type and description system (NiN). There will be several sub-contracts in the competition, where different sub-contracts cover different areas in the Mainland Norway. The expected total cost limit will be between NOK 9 and 15 million.
