- Brief description: The Norwegian Coastal Administration at the Pilot Service hereby wishes to inform potential providers that a new acquisition of pilot service in the air is planned, including pilot service by helicopter. The purpose of the RFI is to facilitate the best possible competition by preparing the marketin advance of the competition announcement. Interested suppliers can request one-on-one meetings and are free to provide written feedback at any time. We are very interested in how suppliers in the market envision the development of transport services by helicopter in the next 5-10 years, especiallywith regard to climate and the environment, including the use of green technologies and fuel.
