The municipality of Haugesund will carry out a procurement of welfare technology equipment and related services. In connection with the preparation of the competitive basis, the client wants to carry out a market dialogue. The purpose of the market dialogue is to receive input from the market to the preliminary draft competitive basis, the client's requirement specification, the customer's technical platform and the price form. The discharges are under preparation, and may be subject to changes to the announcement.
