  • Tenders are invited to market dialogue - Introduction on measures for handling the U-864 Handling Short description: The Ministry of Transport (SD) has appointed an expert committee to assess and come with recommendation for measures for handling the submarine wreck of U-864, the mercury load and mercury pollution seabed around the wreck. Expert Committee U-864 (hereinafter with the selection) invites to market dialogue with potential suppliers who can offer technology that can be used to obtain new information about the mercury and the mercury contamination (inside and outside the wreckage) and the state of wreck and load.The committee consider seeking to provide important Information by conducting surveys of the wreckage and surrounding seabed. This market dialog is carried out to provide information about: - Available technology and solutions that can meet the needs outlined in Appendix 1, and experiences with these appropriate plan for implementation of investigations (equipment requirements, organization, timeline, content) - costs related to the surveys
