- A request for information on free user choice in home nursing care for Kristiansand municipality District Council in Kristiansand has decided that it shall be assessed to introduce free user choice in home nursing care in Kristiansand municipality. Kristiansand municipality would, thus, like to have a dialogue with the market in order to determine who are potential suppliers and receive input directly from suppliers for the assessment of any introduction of free user choice. It is also important to get input on what is important in the formulation of the service, what is important for potential suppliers and how any competition can be implemented. Kristiansand municipality encourages all tenderers or other interested parties who have input to submit them as soon as possible and at the latest 13 May (14:00). If the municipality needs, we will send follow-up questions for further clarification, to the individual. The input is to be sent via the communication module in Mercell, or by email to Thomas.Tverbakk.Bjorgve@kristiansand.kommune.noI for the market dialogue, it is invited to a input day where a presentation of what will be assessed, a description of the current situation, the concept and what one would like input on. It may also be necessary to open for one-to-one dialogue afterwards. The input day is 6 May 2025 from 12:00 - 14:00 in the municipal council hall at Tangvall Town Hall in Søgne.
