Description:
Trondheim municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue for a new concession contract for the establishment of new saunas and swimming pools in the city. We would like the fjord and the coastline to be an accessible and attractive venue for the town's inhabitants and visitors, with a focus on year round swimming and the public health aspect. Trondheim municipality offers three unique locations, Grilstadstranda, Østmarkneset and Skansenmoloen. We would like the establishment of new activities in the free areas to strengthen the identity of the place and contribute with positive qualities to the local community, passers by and users. We want an architecture that enriches the surroundings and that makes the sea front's experience qualities available and puts the fjord city Trondheim on the map. A draft of the requirement specifications is attached to the market dialogue.
