- Market dialogue: Broadband access to the health network case 26/00523 The purpose of this indicative announcement is to invite market dialogue. This indicative announcement does not intend to shorten the offer deadline according to FOA §20-2 (2). Norsk helsenett SF (NHN) is planning a procurement process for broadband access for small and medium-sized locations. The accesses are used by the members of the health network, service providers and the businesses in the central health administration. The accessories represent an important part of one robust and secure infrastructure for the transport of digital services for the entire health and care sector. Limitation: Access to large locations such as hospitals, data centers etc. is not part of this procurement. The aim is to enter into an agreement with one or more suppliers. Furthermore, we see great opportunities in further developing digital interaction solutions that streamline NHN's and suppliers' work processes for establishing, operating and terminating access. Our aim is to sign a contract by the end of 2026 with commencement of the agreement from January 2027. About Norwegian Health Network NHN is a state enterprise, owned by the Ministry of Health and Care. Our task is to develop, manage and operate national e-health solutions and infrastructure. We are responsible for national e-health services such as e-prescription, helsenorge.no, core journal and basic data.
