- Tenderers are hereby invited to a market dialogue for a framework agreement for the collection and delivery of outgoing letter post for Helse Vest. The postal service can be sorted per format by the Customer. The market dialogue is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out because the Contracting Authority would like input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties.
