- Market dialogue: Collection, sorting and recycling of textile waste for RfD The renovation company for the Drammen region IKS (RfD) invites suppliers and relevant actors to a market dialogue about an upcoming procurement for the handling of textiles from 6 recycling stations (approx. 300 tonnes/year). The purpose of the dialogue is to get input for a future competition basis, so that requirements for logistics, sorting, reuse/material recycling, documentation/traceability and seriousness are designed in a way that the market can accommodate and which at the same time ensures that RfD meets the requirements of the waste regulations. The market dialogue is carried out in two phases: (1) written answers to questions and (2) one-to-one meetings on Teams where input is reviewed and elaborated on. RfD particularly wants input on practical collection solutions (incl. sensors/degree of filling), handling of unwanted content, reporting per form of processing and how a traceable value chain can be documented. We encourage both established and new players with relevant solutions to participate. We planning to light up before Easter. We therefore have one-to-one meetings already in week 8. We aim for registration to be made by Monday 16 February at 12 noon.
