Description:
Fredrikstad municipality hereby invites suppliers to a supplier conference in the form of meetings between the contracting authority and the supplier before we start the procurement process for a new FDVU system. The objective of the supplier conference is to gain greater insight into what systems are in the market and what challenges the contracting authority ought to be aware of. A brief joint information meeting will be held Friday 24 May, 10:00. The meeting will make suppliers a little better acquainted with Fredrikstad municipality and their need. The aim of this meeting is that suppliers shall be able to give us good feedback in the one-to-one meetings. One-on-one meetings will be held Tuesday 28 May and Thursday 30 May. The meetings will be held on teams and will have a duration of up to two hours. Due to preparations for the meetings, tenderers are asked to register here in Mercell by Tuesday 21 May (12:00).
