- Fredrikstad municipality is in the planning phase of the procurement process for a new rescue boat for Fredrikstad Fire Brigade. The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a market dialogue in the form of meetings between the contracting authority and the tenderer before we complete the formulation of the competition documents. The aim of the market dialogue is to establish an arena where the tenderer can present and answer questions about what possibilities are available or limitations that are on the market when Fredrikstad municipality shall procure a new fire and rescue boat. The contracting authority would also like to gain greater insight into what is available in the market within fire and rescue boats. This is to increase the contracting authority ́s ordering competence, as well as prepare the market for the coming competition.
