• Market dialogue for: case processing of applications and/or planning of organized school transport. INVITATION TO MARKET DIALOG Introduction Vestfold County Council invites suppliers of systems for processing applications for school transport and for planning and implementation of organized school transport by taxi and minibus to market dialogue. The county council wants a market dialogue with suppliers who can offer case processing of applications and/or planning of organized school transport. The county municipality is responsible for school transport according to the Education Act and is subject to the law and regulations on public procurement (LOA and FOA). Purpose of the market dialogue The county council plans to procure new agreements for the system for processing applications for school transport. It is also planned to acquire a system for planning and carrying out arranged school transport by taxi and minibus. These systems can be delivered separately or in one delivery. The purpose of the market dialogue is to get an overview of what solutions are available, and how these can cover the county council's needs, expectations and requirements for processing applications for school transport, planning and implementing school transport. Participation in the market dialogue will not obligate either the supplier or the county council when it applies later acquisitions.
