• Market dialogue: Modern Workplace for Fjellinjen ABOUT FJELLINJEN Fjellinjen AS is owned by Oslo municipality and Akershus county council. We operate the toll stations in and around Oslo, and our core task is to secure funding for the development of infrastructure and public transport in the region. PURPOSE OF THE MARKET DIALOGUE Fjellinjen plans to procure a new IT operating agreement for the "Modern Workplace" concept. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information on: -Which suppliers exist in the market for this type of service. -Different delivery models and best practices for operating modern, cloud-based workspaces. - Input on how we can structure the agreement to ensure flexibility and innovation. - In the new procurement, we are considering expanding the scope to also cover Device as a Service (DaaS) for PCs, mobiles, print and meeting room equipment. We are therefore interested in hearing which suppliers can also deliver this, and how the market packages and prices such services. CURRENT SITUATION AND DEFINITION TOWARDS CORE BUSINESS Fjellinjen today has approx. 30 employees. The upcoming procurement applies exclusively to IT services related to office support and the modern workplace. Today's operating agreement covers office support and a modern workplace, including client platform, data warehouse, interaction, identity and access management, license and device management, network and security, as well as service desk and end-user support.
