• Market dialogue on operation and development of the municipalities' websites Invitation to participate in market dialogue Asker, Bærum and Drammen municipalities plan to hold a competition for a new agreement for the operation and development of websites on Optimizely DXP. Before announcement of competition, we want dialogue with the market in the form of one-to-one meetings with relevant suppliers, who can offer solutions that meet the municipalities' needs. The dialogue meetings will be conducted digitally during week 9. We want to conduct a joint one procurement process to enter into three separate agreements with the same supplier. The municipalities have in common that we use the same CMS (Optimizely DXP) on version CMS12. It is a goal that collaboration, development and cross-sharing take place seamlessly between the three municipalities. One through new agreements, the partner must be able to support the work with operation and development of the websites in Asker, Bærum and Drammen municipalities. A partner must be able to contribute to, and deliver the following (the list is not exhaustive): - Stable and safe operation - High competence in Optimizely DXP and resource robustness - Continuous improvement - Development and future-oriented focus - User-oriented focus - Consulting and expertise sharing - Project management during development - System integration - Design and concept development - Close dialogue in both daily operations and development It is desirable that the suppliers give a presentation of their service offering, which says something about how they can contribute to meeting the municipalities' needs.
