- Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Moss, RΓ₯de and VΓ₯ler municipalities (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall procure a new procurement for the hire of multi-function machines - print as a service, which shall cover the contracting authority Μs need for print, scanning and copying.
