Description:
Tydal municipality is considering the construction of a new/renovation of a health centre, nursing home and administration building situated in Ås in Tydal. Important keywords for the project are overall solution, synergies, co-localisation and life cycle costs. We request a major focus on sustainability and re-use of resources when possible. The municipality is in the process of developing a new plan for land use, and comprehensiveness and flexibility are crucial factors to achieve a good city centre, and 'landsbyen Ås' ['the 'village of Ås']. We therefore invite the market to a dialogue before a request is prepared. This applies to architect/advisory services in a draft project and a digitalisation platform for registering reuse materials in the project. A cooperation project has been initiated with the County and Trondheim Eiendom for a possible joint base. We have now come so far in the assessment of future needs, that we request a draft project to assess the way forward.
