21 municipalities and associated units in the Agder region are planning to announce a framework agreement for institutional clothing. According to the procurement regulations § 12-1 (1), the contracting authority has the opportunity to conduct a market dialogue as part of the preparation of the procurement. The objective of this market survey is to clarify whether the market can offer what the contracting authority has requirement and to obtain relevant information that can contribute to the design of the tender documentation.
