Short Description: The purpose of the market dialog (RFI) is to receive feedback from suppliers and examine what are found in solutions for participation and publication in the market. Before competition exposure to the agreement, Åsnes municipality wants to get an overview of today's Situation, as well as what will be future needs and opportunities in the market. Meter is to acquire a future IT solution with a supplier who safeguards values such as participation, quality, cost efficiency, flexibility and scalability. Based on input from the announcement, Åsnes municipality may need to open a closer dialogue with some of the suppliers for further elaboration and discussions and a later potential announcement for procurement.
