Description : The purpose of the market dialogue (RFI) is to receive feedback from suppliers and investigate what systems for the operation of IAM services are available in the market. The background for this is that Bane NOR would like to outsource the current IAM system. Before holding a contest for a new contract, Bane NOR would like to get an overview of the current situation, as well as what will be the future need and possibilities in the market. The aim is procure a future operational contract with an IAM provider that amongst other things, ensures values such as quality, cost efficiency, flexibility, scalability and risk reduction. At the same time, the RFI process facilitates for real competition between the suppliers, including ensuring principles of non-discrimination, predictability and competition.
