- The Norwegian Coastal Administration, c/o the Pilot service, would like to inform possible tenderers of a coming new procurement of a shuttle service by air, including a shuttle service of pilots by helicopter. The purpose of the RfI is to facilitate the best possible contest by preparing the market before the contest notice Interested suppliers can request one-to-one meetings and are free to provide written feedback at any time. We are very interested in how suppliers in the market envisage the development of transport services by helicopter in the next 5-10 years, particularly as regards climate and the environment, including the use of green technologies and fuel.
