- The Joint Procurement Office (FIK) is a collaboration between Frogn, Vestby, Ås and Nesodden municipalities and shall, on behalf of these announce competition for the purchase of Asphalt and Asphalt related services during the summer. In this connection, FIK would like to receive input from the market in this process with the intention of identifying the systems that the market can offer. It is desirable that tenderers give input on what contributes to giving a good competition, what criteria should have and clarify what level of ambition we should have in the procurement as regards environmental and social requirements. The RFI is used so that documentation requirements are maintained in accordance with. The Public Procurement Regulations §12-2.
