Description:
Trondheim bydrift is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the municipal road network in Trondheim municipality. This creates emissions, noise etc. As part of Trondheim municipality's climate and environment plan, city operations wants to replace its entire fossil-driven machinery with fossil-free systems. Financing has thus been granted for a three-axled sweeping machine with biogas operation as a replacement for a diesel driven sweeping machine. The contracting authority announced a competition winter 23/24 without receiving any tender offers. Due to this, urban operations would like to hold a market dialogue in order to have a dialogue with potential tenderers regarding solutions and alternatives. The contracting authority chooses to use the set-up that was in connection with the cancelled competition as a starting point. The deadline for registering interest in the market dialogue is by the end of Monday 01 April 2024.
