Description : Bærum Municipality, Asker Municipality, Drammen Municipality and NAV Bærum want to challenge the market to provide input, look at new opportunities, provide good ideas or encouragement for the planned contract for the purchase and delivery of white goods, and electrical products.
The dialogue will be carried out in two phases, the first phase is an invitation to the tenderers to submit written answers and input to our questions. Questions and answers shall be the basis for phase 2, which includes one-on-one dialogue meetings.
The objective of this dialogue is to gain the best possible knowledge of the market and possibilities for the call for tenders. Ideas that present during this process may be used in the preparation of the tender documentation, which will be used in the pending procurement. The procurement will be carried out as a subsequent process in accordance with the law on public procurements. The choice of implementation model for the competition will be determined after the dialogue.
