- Market research in connection with the new framework agreement for ICT consultants Oslo municipality v/ The Norwegian Economic and Administrative Agency (OKF) invites you to a written market dialogue in connection with the procurement of a new framework agreement for the purchase of ICT consultants. The purpose of new agreement is to cover Oslo municipality's need for the purchase of ICT consulting services in those cases where Oslo municipality, for resource or professional reasons, cannot meet the need for expertise in permanent staff. In addition, it is planned that the acquisition will also provide Oslo municipality access to the right expertise and capacity to be able to digitize services with high quality. It will also support technological development and future needs for services in the municipality. To gain access to capacity and expertise is it is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements with suppliers within several sub-areas. It is planned that calls will take place through direct calls via the waterfall method or in mini-competitions. The details of the agreement have not yet been defined. Principal therefore, in this market survey, would like to get input from the market on how we should build a new agreement by having interested suppliers answer the attached questions in the attached document.
