• Market research - Enrollment solution for courses Sandnes municipality (hereafter client) conducts a number of courses in connection with various service deliveries to residents. Today, it requires a good deal of administration to handle registration the courses, where the work is done manually without support functionality in terms of follow-up. The client needs a solution that enables it to easily manage registrations for courses. The solution should allow the client to set a limit for the number that can participate per course, and should have a waiting list functionality that ensures that the order of registrants is handled and that those on the waiting list get a place if a registered participant registers that they are still unable to participate. It is also desirable that the solution has notification function, so that the client can choose whether participants should receive a notification with information ahead of the course day. It is also important for the client that such a solution handles privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
