• Market research Equipment for IT infrastructure, solutions and expertise This announcement is a market survey/RFI The Norwegian Customs Authority's current sourcing strategy means that the company itself is responsible for the operation and management of the ICT portfolio, including core systems and end-user equipment. Stability and availability of the core systems, with associated IT infrastructure, has been very good over time. The Customs Agency's target image for cloud is based on the same principles, where the customer will continue to be responsible for operations and management of cloud services and applications. At the same time, account is taken of the fact that a new sourcing strategy may be established during the agreement period, which may affect this division of responsibilities. The customer has an established equipment portfolio within those product groups the framework agreement covers. The majority of the equipment has been acquired in recent years and is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In addition, the Customer has a service and maintenance agreement with the existing supplier, which covers extended service for both hardware, software and the overall IT infrastructure. The agreement is revised annually, based on half-yearly assessments, where it is decided in dialogue with the supplier which products and solutions are to be continued with ongoing support. The upcoming framework agreement will include the purchase of products, solutions, maintenance, consultancy and other services within IT infrastructure.
