• Market research - Framework agreement camp school services Sandnes municipality plans to carry out a competition for parallel framework agreements for the delivery of camp school services and plans to announce the competition during August 2026. Estimated total value is estimated at approx. NOK 16,000,000 excl. VAT Sandnes municipality has not previously had framework agreements in this area, and in this regard wants a good dialogue with the market so that the competition can be carried out in the best possible way. The municipality has adopted a change in the practice for the implementation of camp school stays, where the implementation is moved to the first stage of secondary school, instead of the last stage of primary school. It is planned that the first cohort to complete a camp school stay at the secondary level is 2015 cohort, and that the first implementation takes place in the autumn of 2028 (8th step). In what follows, we will describe our initial thoughts and starting point for how we plan to proceed and organize the competition. We want feedback from the market on all aspects of this, and in particular on how we set up parallel framework agreements and what requirements we plan to make. It is essential that the market gives feedback in this phase so that we can carry out the best possible competition and end up with the best possible result for schools and students.
