- The Agency for Water and Sewerage Works [Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV)] plans to carry out the procurement of (possibly parallel) framework agreement(s) for the purchase of IoT loggers and sensors. The equipment will be used for remote monitoring of overflows in the sewage network, water levels in streams/stream grates and calculations of sewage quantities. The equipment will also be used for water level monitoring in dam systems and for quantity/pressure monitoring in water mains. In light of this, VAV would like to survey the market regarding which price regulation mechanism and possibly which price index(s) are most appropriate in such an agreement.
