- Market research - Framework agreement for the purchase of timber and building materials Stavanger municipality, Sola municipality and Sandnes municipality intend to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of timber and building materials for remodeling, service, repair or maintenance of municipal buildings and housing where the work is mainly carried out by own employees, and materials for use in teaching by own employees and pupils. The supplier can make offers for partial contracts. Expected commencement of the framework agreements is 1 July 2026. The duration of the framework agreements is 2 years with an option for the client to extend for a further 1 + 1 year. The total contract value for the framework agreements (4 years) for all municipalities is assumed to be approx. NOK 24.8 million excl. VAT The municipalities want to have a good dialogue with the market so that the competition can be carried out in the best possible way, and therefore we want your input on the various questions in the market survey. This feedback will be important for the client to be able to gain an overview of the market situation and arrange one good and realistic competition.
