• Market research new management solution water and sewage Enebakk municipality IKOMM AS invites, on behalf of Enebakk Municipality, to a market survey for the acquisition of a new map and management solution for water and sewage. Enebakk municipality will during autumn 2026 acquire a new map and management solution for water and sewage in the municipality. The municipality needs a future-oriented, comprehensive and user-friendly solution for managing the water and sewage network. The solution must support both administrative and operational activities, and facilitate effective interaction between employees in the office and personnel in the field. The system must be accessible via modern web technology and work on different devices (PC, tablet and mobile), so that registration, updating and posting can be carried out there the work actually happens. The solution will support efficient registration and management of cable networks, sumps and associated technical installations, including the use of GNSS/GPS equipment for precise measurement. The solution must meet strict requirements for information security and preparedness, reduce operating and maintenance costs and ensure that the municipality meets current environmental and reporting requirements. We want to carry out a market survey (RFI) to gain insight into current solutions, technology and suppliers. Furthermore, we would like to invite up to 3 suppliers to informal dialogue meetings to take a closer look at the possibilities that can be offered to ensure a good and future-oriented procurement.
