- Market research for Uniforms and work footwear The police's joint services (hereafter PFT) is an activity under the Directorate of Police and the Ministry of Justice and Emergency Preparedness. PFT is, among other things, responsible for procurement in the police, and intends to provide appropriate products and services for the Police and Sheriff's Office, as well as the Correctional Service and the Customs Service. Defense Material (FMA), the Norwegian Directorate for Social Security and Emergency Preparedness (DSB) and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (SVV) are also considering participation in this the process. The market survey therefore includes perspectives and needs linked to a wide range of operational areas of use. PFT plans to announce a procurement of uniform and work footwear in the third quarter of 2026 (Q3 2026). In advance of this PFT conducts a market survey to gain an overview of potential suppliers and how the market can meet the agencies' needs. The information obtained will form the basis for further work with the competition basis, and help to facilitate this the best possible implementation of the competition. The market survey is carried out as an early market dialogue. Answering is voluntary, and participation in the market survey does not give an advantage in a later competition.
