Description:
The background for the market survey This is a market survey for the Sea Pipeline Contract. Parallel to this survey, Asker municipality has also published a market survey on contracts for the delivery of pumping stations sewage. Asker municipality is in the process of carrying out a detailed project, which shall result in a tender documentation for the construction of a 13 km submarine pipeline. The detailed project shall be completed easter 2025. The contract shall be executed in accordance with NS 8405. Asker municipality would like an execution contract to have better control of the project and to influence the decisions and system against the existing system, which has a border layer with VEAS, Frogn and Asker municipalities. The contracting authority would like to gather information from the market so that the tender documentation that is prepared is as good as possible. We ask for a market survey with possible tenderers to discuss how the municipality shall rig the contract in the best possible way. The actual contract shall be executed in 2025 or 2026. The pipeline shall be laid between VEAS (Slemmestad) and Skogsborg (Sætre) in Asker, see annex 1. Deadline for sending responses 22.04.2024
