Description:
This is a market survey for pumping stations sewage. Parallel to this survey, Asker municipality has also published a market survey on submarine pipeline contracts. Asker municipality shall close Åro ́s treatment facility and transport the water to VEAS. 3 new pumping stations shall thus be constructed. The municipality has strong guidelines on how the pump stations shall be prepared and therefore does not want to be announced as a turnkey contract (NS 8407). A market for building these pump stations on NS 8405 is therefore being investigated. Asker municipality constructs a pump station in accordance with the machine regulations, so there is a sharp focus on the administration of the contract. Training of personnel, MOM and regular multi-disciplinary risk assessment (reimpersonated in accordance with documented elapsed time). This can be quite resource intensive for the supplier.
