Short Description: Water and Wastewater Agency (VAV) Plans to carry out the procurement of (possibly parallel) Framework Agreement (s) for the purchase of IoT loggers and sensors. The equipment shall be used for remote monitoring of overflows in the wastewater network, water level in streams/streams and drainage amounts. The equipment should also be used for monitoring of water levels in dams and for quantity/pressure monitoring in water pipeline networks. On the occasion, VAV wants to map with the market what price control mechanism and possibly which (s) price index (s) are most appropriate in such an agreement.see. attached market survey.
