- Sandnes municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, is preparing to procure parallel framework agreements with up to six (6) tenderers for the rent of temporary residences with drug and alcohol challenges. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the annual contract value of the contract can be in the range of NOK 6.6 million excluding VAT, based on statistics from the last year. Combined including options, the contract value can be in the range of NOK 26.5 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority would like to have a good dialogue with the market so that the competition can be held in the best possible way and therefore wants their input on the different points in the market survey. This feedback will be important for the contracting authority being able to get an overview of the market situation and arrange a good and realistic competition. Due to staff holidays, questions will not be answered in weeks 28, 29 and 30. Please see the attached documents.
