Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency plans to announce a procurement for a framework agreement for the procurement of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) in Q1 2026. FMA would, thus, like to obtain information from the market in the form of a market survey, and invites relevant tenderers for the procurement to answer the attached questions and/or to one-to-one meetings in week 3 of 2026.
