- The contracting authority needs a new MOM system to streamline and digitalise the processes connected to the management, operation and maintenance of properties, sites and infrastructure. EBY currently manages properties of approx. 130,000 m2 of varied character and use. The portfolio consists of residences, commercial properties, sites and fastening agreements. We would like to procure a web based MOM system with a standard off-the-shelf system that can support us in the management, operation and maintenance assignments.
