- Skyss would like to offer passengers that travel with Skyss' boat routes travel and passenger information in real time, as well as make the vessels visible in regional and national real time travel searches. Such systems are currently used for bus trips in Vestland County. In addition we would like to get as much data as possible from the operator's operations automatically transferred to Skyss for better delivery follow-up and development of the offer. Skyss has prepared a draft of the equipment requirements and delivery requirements that we would like to use in future boat contracts, see the two attached documents (extracts from Contract and Annex 2F). Parts of the requirements could also be used in future ferry contracts. The first contract that will be relevant for Skyss to use these requirements will be the recently announced contest for the operation of the boat routes between Bergen, Nordfjord, and Sogn/Flåm.
