• Market survey (RFI) for the development and operation of new websites for the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research The Norwegian Marine Research Institute (HI) is a state administrative body under the Ministry of Trade and Fisheries (NFD). The head office is in Bergen, with a department in Tromsø and research stations in Austevoll, Flødevigen and Matre. The institute manages a significant part of national marine research infrastructure such as laboratories and research vessels. Today's website has existed in more or less its current form for many year. They are not designed to be able to adopt new technology within search and artificial intelligence. HI is now in the process of preparing a requirements specification for later procurement of a supplier for the development, operation and maintenance of new external websites. It is a goal that new websites should raise the operational quality and ensure that content is found in language models and search engines. It is a wish that hi.no should become a first choice for information retrieval with a background in good user experiences, data capture and data sharing. The level of ambition for new websites is high and there is a need to solve the most critical problems quickly.
