Market survey (RFI) for Ny nemdsportal The Swedish Tax Agency wants to carry out a market survey to see if the market can meet the Swedish Tax Agency's need for a new board portal for the tax appeals board and associated appeals process in the secretariat for tax appeal board. Today's court portal is old and partly out of date. It is a self-developed solution based on SharePoint. In addition, the complaints process for the secretariat is not very efficient and user-friendly. In the autumn of 2025, the Norwegian Tax Agency carried out a market research for new court portal, what we now want to investigate is whether the market has system support that can support all or major parts of the appeal process to the Secretariat of the Tax Appeal Board and the Tax Appeal Board, including the new court portal. That is why started a preliminary project that evaluates different approaches to solve the need, where one of the alternatives could be to acquire system support for the tax appeal board and possibly all or parts of the secretariat's work processes.
