Description:
The current ISY ProActive system has been decided to be discontinued and there is, therefore, a need to implement one or several procurements to cover the needs ISY ProActive solves. The project is currently a co-operation between the Agency for Water and Sewerage Services (VAV), the Fire and Rescue Agency (BRE), the Agency for Waste Management and Recovery (REG) and the Collection Agency (INE), in the municipal fees (KA) and the property tax office (ESK). These agencies are also referred to by and to as KAS (municipal fees and taxes), which is a collaboration forum between the parties. A central question that must be clarified in this phase of the project is which constellation is the most appropriate in the procurement, i.e. whether a joint system should be procured for everyone, close to the current one, or whether two or more systems should be procured and what advantages and disadvantages this choice will cause. As a general plan, Oslo municipality would like to have the system/systems completed in summer 2026, after the completed competition.
