Description:
This notice is for an introductory market survey that shall give counties better insight into how relevant market participants assess problems, requirements and user stories related to follow-up of technical quality control within road development in the counties. Technical quality control in a road system comprises the technical qualities and standards that ensure that the road is built in accordance with the current requirements. After the regional reform 1 January 2020, the counties had temporary access to Kvalink and Labsys, systems owned and operated by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, for planning and following up technical quality control. This access ceased 1 January 2025 and the counties therefore need to establish new system support. We would like market feedback on which systems can cover the functional needs for technical quality control in the counties.
